Renee’s Garden Seeds Arrive!

My seed order from Renee’s Garden Seeds arrived, and I took a picture just because all of the packets are so pretty.

I’m itching to get things planted! I still don’t know where I’m going to put my sweet peas (and it’ still so rainy that it doesn’t really matter — no planting today!!)

In a recent “Country Gardens” magazine I read an article about a sweet pea maze at Summers Past Farms in Flinn Springs, California. Though the scale is a bit outside of what I can do, I love the idea of a fence of sweet peas, so I’m trying to figure out where to put one that makes sense with the master garden plan that is forming in my head.

Hopefully the weekend will be gloriously sunny and I can get the beds cleaned and the sweet peas seeded.
