First Real Snow in the Shenandoah Valley

We’ve had some little flurries, but Thursday’s snowfall is the first real snow of the season. I was out of town visiting family, but as I drove home today, I was once again thankful for our wonderful neighbor Alan. He apparently drove his tractor over the snow in the lane and our driveway to compact it and make it easier for us to get in and out.

The snow on the Allegheny Range is beautiful! Here’s hoping it can stick around for another week so we can have a little bit of a white Christmas. Have a happy weekend!
