I try to can something every week. It’s a relaxing way to end a day. Last week I made Alton Brown’s blueberry jam, a recipe I’ve made before and which everyone enjoyed.
This set was a little firmer than last time, but it’s beautiful and delicious, and best of all, it’s not too sweet. Yep, I love putting up food, but more than cooking, I love the eating :)
